Build-Times Report issues:

Lot is missing from the report:
In order for a Lot to appear on the report, the CLN-FNL task must have an ‘Actual Start Date’ within the selected date range.

Showing ‘0’ for the total Build Time:
If the report is showing ‘Zero (0)’ in the total Build Time column, please check ‘Actual Start Date’ for the following task codes: CON-FTG, CON-PILF, and CLN-WLK.
The Build Times report calculates total build time days based on ‘Actual Start Date’ of CON-FTG, CON-PILF, and CLN-WLK from the below Newstar Enterprise screen.
