Boardrooms: How to book a meeting and reserve a boardroom

1. Check the boardroom calendar to ensure it is available.  Adding and viewing the boardroom calendars are described in this article:
2. Open outlook and navigate to the calendar tab
 
3. Create a new meeting
 
4. Fill out the details of your meeting (Invitees, date/time, Subject/body) and choose a Boardroom by clicking the following
 
5. Double click the room you would like to book and then click OK.
 
6. Click the scheduling assistant to make sure everyone (Including the boardrooms) have the meeting time available to them. The highlighted area below shows everybody's current schedule and when they are busy. The area circled in red allows you to choose an available room with the meeting time you are currently booking. (the reason we can see all 3 rooms is because I've chosen to include all 3 boardrooms on this meeting to check with scheduling. To pick a final room just double click a room in the room list, or un-check the rooms in the left emailing list)
 
7. Once you have finalized everything and chosen your room/attendees/meeting time click back to the appointment view and click send after reviewing the meeting details
 
*If you did not use the scheduling assistant and the meeting room is already booked at the time of your meeting it will reply with a 'Meeting Declined' email from your selected boardroom
