Changing your password using Remote Desktop

EDM Office + REACH Office Users:
  1. Log into your desktop
  2. Hit Ctrl+Alt+DEL on your keyboard
  3. Select ‘Change password’ from the list
  4. Create a new password
 
All other users (NOTE: Must have access to Remote Desktop)
  1. Connect to forticlient
  2. Log into the remote desktop
  3. Hit Ctrl+Alt+END on your keyboard
  4. Select ‘Change password’ from the list
  5. Create a new password
 
Any users without access to remote desktop or who have had issues with the instructions above
  1. Email help@tacada.ca with either a password you would like us to change it to, or without and we can create a new password for you and email/text it to you
