  1. In outlook with your teams add-in you can click the ‘New Teams Meeting’ button OR



  1. In teams choose your calendar, and then click the ‘Meet now’ button to immediately start a new meeting, or choose the new meeting option to schedule a meeting for a later date


  1. When inviting people into your meeting you can do so individually or by adding an entire channel (chat group)


  1. If you have not already created or joined a team, you can do so by clicking the ‘Teams’ section and then ‘Join or create team’
