Staff are required to review and sign a Mobile Device Policy when:
a) They are approved to expense their mobile device,
or,
b) They are carrying a Tacada provided iPhone or iPad.

Perform these steps to complete and submit the form:
1) Complete and sign the back page
2) Scan it as one PDF file.
3) Attach the PDF to an email and send it to the Helpdesk (help@tacada.ca) with subject of: Mobile Device Policy
*If the Mobile Device Policy is not received, then Accounting will not approve your expense claim.
Tacada staff assigned a company-owned iPad or iPhone, please note the following:
Tacada provides the device, a protective case, charger and charging cable. Devices provided in 2018 have 2 years of AppleCare service/repair warranty.
Repair costs are the responsibility of the user and must be performed at an Apple Authorized Repair center. Repair costs are not eligible for expense reimbursement.
