Sending a fax by email

RingCentral e-fax (Email to fax) feature allows Users to send an fax message using their email accounts.  When a User sends a fax via email, RingCentral checks the email address of the sender and sends the fax only if the email address is on the approved list.  Ensure that new staff’s email are added to the approved fax list before attempting the first time to send a fax by email.

If you attempt the steps below and your fax does not go through, email the HelpDesk.
